Newise does not collect passwords, payment information, or any data from pages you have not explicitly chosen to scrape.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information processed by Newise is used solely to:

• Generate AI-powered structured data tables from pages you select.
• Store your scraping history and results locally for your convenience.
• Enable export features (Excel, CSV, JSON) initiated by you.
• Improve product usability through anonymized usage analytics.

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Local Storage: Scraped data, history, and preferences are stored locally in your browser. This data remains on your device unless you choose to delete it.
• Transient Processing: Page content transmitted for AI processing is handled temporarily to generate the requested output and is not retained after processing is complete.

You may delete all locally stored data at any time through your browser's extension settings or by uninstalling the extension.

Newise requests the following permissions to operate:

• activeTab: Allows Newise to access content from the tab you explicitly select for scraping.
• scripting: Used to extract and structure on-page content at your request.
• storage: Stores scraped results and preferences locally on your device.

Newise uses secure communication protocols (HTTPS) when transmitting data to AI services. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
